DNC links to 3D CAD/CAM and programming computer with optical fiber connections. All complex shape die inserts are made using newest model of milling machine, machining center, NC electric spark machine, and wire cutting machine. High accuracy deep holes are made using gun drills. Required surface roughness attained using CNC Lathe. |
